We can schedule private lessons and court rentals up to seven (7) days in advance, maximum.
If you need to cancel your appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance for weekday appointments, and at least 48 hours for weekend and holiday appointments. Friday is considered a weekday. If the cancellation does not adhere to the required time frame, your fee will be waived only if we are able to fill the spot.
Indoor field sports refunds are permitted up to two (2) weeks before a program begins. There are no refunds for any field sports program cancelled within two (2) weeks of the program start date unless Future Stars Southampton is able to fill the spot, or unless otherwise stated.
Indoor tennis refunds are permitted if two (2) weeks of notice is given before the start of the program. There are no refunds for any indoor tennis program cancelled after the start date of the session unless Future Stars Southampton is able to fill the spot, or unless otherwise stated.
All Future Stars Summer Camp programs are non-refundable after April 1st of every given year, unless otherwise stated.
All refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee.
While it is Future Stars Southampton’s practice to try to accommodate make up classes for inclement weather, sickness, vacation, etc., please understand that they are not guaranteed. Please try to notify us in advance of any anticipated absence and we will make every effort to facilitate a make up. This policy is applicable to group classes or clinics, the junior development program, seasonal privates, seasonal open courts, adult leagues, and any other long-term programming. Long-term programming is defined by anything that is scheduled more than seven (7) days in advance.
Future Stars Southampton will communicate all facility closures and program suspensions via email. Please be sure to provide your email address to be included on the notification list.
